Here are three troubleshooting steps you can take before submitting a helpdesk request:
- Ask around the office to see if the issue is unique to you; if not, has another person solved the issue
- Quit and restart the application where the issue occurred
- Reboot your device
If the steps above don’t resolve an issue, then submit a helpdesk ticket or phone call to your DPI team. Always tell us what troubleshooting steps you’ve taken (if any) and the documentation you’ve found during your search.
